This is the proposal of PZN for to Prepare, Expand and Fortify this cycle.

Formal notice while PZN is not the enforcer of rules of Frontier we discourage to go against the Eula of Frontier,

because I see it like this on a friday evening you invite friends for game of risk and you agreed not to cheat then some of your friends do, will you invite them next time again?

Preparation
Expansion
PZN discourage Expansion Chono Why? it is 116LY from HQ and it is a loss system
Fortifying
The systems that need to fortify is based on the merits what we have done last cycle.
We had 18 systems fortified
We did captured place 6 and did get a loss system Yimanbin
Our Overhead is now 62,09 CC and we start now every cycle with a deficit of -407 CC
That is not to worry about because when we keep fortify the systems on this list we will become stabile and shed some systems when we will be undermined
Dont fortify above 100% that have no point and it is a waste of your efforts!!
All this systems need to be fortified for the end of the cycle
Last day of the cycle we concentrate to get the orange systems done
