Sunday 6 December, Intelligence rapport shows that there have been Torval CMDR's that have commit treason and have taken away Political Prisoners in total 45640,
wat happend with them and their faith is unknown only that they did not arrived at Synteini follow the wish of Zemina Torval.
Therefore the following systems are now undermined.
Because of this we will have a higher upkeep end of the cycle and will we be longer in turmoil.
The systems that need to fortify is based on the merits what we have done last cycle.
We had 14 systems fortified 2 cancelled
Dont fortify above 100% that have no point and it is a waste of your efforts!!
All this systems need to be fortified for the end of the cycle
