This is the proposal of PZN for to Prepare, Expand and Fortify this cycle.
PZN is a Elite Dangerous group with his own minor faction in game
Formal notice while PZN is not the enforcer of rules of Frontier we discourage to go against the Eula of Frontier,
and to use macro's for powerplay, combat log or using exploits/hacks,
while it is up to you to do this when you are independent it is not when you applied for membership and you agreed to our rules.
because I see it like this on a friday evening you invite friends for game of risk and you agreed not to cheat then some of your friends do, will you invite them next time again?

we have 176 CC to spend on a good preparation
Al other on the list don't support them
Expansion
Fortifying
The systems that need to fortify is based on the merits what we have done last cycle.
We had 16 systems fortified 2 cancelled, 4 undermined
We did very well and are out of turmoil we are on place 8 because we had 4 undermined systems, next week we will go up to place 7 or 6
That is good and a safe place because it is possible with Horizons going life next cycle that the collapse mechanic will start to work as attended,
then being in the bottom 3 can become a dangerous position
Dont fortify above 100% that have no point and it is a waste of your efforts!!
All this systems need to be fortified for the end of the cycle.
