Why Don't Guardian Hull Reinforcements not degrade when subject to the Proteus wave?


(Context)
In my video, "Proteus Wave Impacts on Guardian Items" I apply the scientific method to the Proteus wave in an attempt to uncover its impacts on Guardian Items. I show the power of the scientific method and how it can reveal some secrets about the wave. These secrets include degradation rates, limits, and mystery about Hull reinforcements. The Hulls do not degrade and this makes me wonder if they are special on some way?

Yeap, since their hit pool is directly added to the ships bulkheads hit pool, they cannot have them take damage without destroying the entire ship (HRP dont get destroyed like MRP do when the ship is being hit)
