Powerplay Faction: Li Yong-Rui [PS4] +200% EXP bonus still not working?

i got the game on PS4 launch.
Got to rating 2 in first week.
Grinded rating 5 on second week.
After weekly cycle, tried some exploring.

No +200% exp bonus?

Do i need to wait for 4 weeks pledged to activate this? it doesn't mention this in the PP status page.

Or is it broken?

Did you hand in exploration in Li Yong-Rui's territory?

Yes, at goldstine in lembava his headquarters. i was suspicious of the payout amount so i took it to a non li yong system to compare. The payout was the same.

Realize this is an older post and don't know if you ever figured this out. I haven't tried this yet -- but the first-discovery bonus is only applied AFTER you turn in the data, so you won't see it before turning it in. Is the LYR bonus similar?

Also very late to post a response but the bonus does not show when you are handing in the exploration data. It impacts directly on your credit balance not on what is reported by cartographics.
