Hello, I'm new here. A friend on PSN recommended this game so I purchased it. I was extremely excited to play. Unfortunately, everytime I install the game I'm unable to link my Frontier account. First off the menu is laggy and when I press down after putting in my email, it skips to "I agree to receive game news" check box. It simply will not let me go down one space. If I press down again it then skips to "Cancel". I've tried everything, , except Initializing my PS4. Anyone have any ideas. I've contacted support about 72 hours ago with no reply. I'm eager to get this fixed so I can play. I'm really excited to play.

Use a different controller or borrow USB keyboard... all the menus untill in game are USB arrow, esc and enter key compliant...

I have no issues on any other game. The PS4 was a week old. Brand new. But none the less, I guess I'll try it
