Ps4 players please help!

I wanted to ask the players of the ps4 version. If all the functions and updates are there.?? Can you play in sandbox mode mixing buildings from different eras? Has it been successfully updated to the latest versions of the game? How can I do to be able to mix eras and have all the buildings available in the sandbox? are the updates correctly as in pc? thanks

Yep. The only potential difference is when DLC is available, as happened with the Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack for JWE1 (it was 4 days later I think on PS4, but it felt like a long time).

PS4 and XBOX One are limited to 50 species in a park and don't have mixed era sandbox.

I have one for PS4 players who upgraded to the PS5: does the old saved data (sandbox parks and progress) transfers over as do other games? I have heard that out of all of the games that allows to use an upgraded save file, this one isn't. @Jens Erik , if this isn't available now can we look forward to the resolution of the situation? I know that Xbox players can do that once upgraded.

Hi Teclisrex! All the content is the same on all platforms. The only difference is that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can't have all eras in Sandbox Mode, and are limited to 50 species in a single Sandbox park (but can have as many individual dinosaurs as they want)

Hey Morales. It's currently not possible to transfer your save data from the PS4 version of Jurassic World Evolution 2 to the PS5 version. We don't have anything to announce about adding this in at a later date.

Thanks for the answer but, what is the problem? The main goal I have of of buying a PS5 and upgrading to the PS5 version of the game is to have better stability on all my previously created parks, why Xbox Players can transfer their save between console while PS player cannot?

I just bought the game for my ps4 and what a deduction I must spend the entire campaign to unlock the sandbox maps! thinking that you had already fixed it in an update and everything was unlocked from the beginning but it is not like that. I have it in front of me.

Ask Sony. That has nothing to do with Frontier.

My best bet is the two consoles doesn't run on the same settings. Therefore it's impossible to transfer files that will be obsolete on a new console. Which makes total sense.

Everything is unlocked for sandbox. If not, you're having a bug with the game.

Hey Teclisrex! The maps for Sandbox Mode will still need to be unlocked by playing through the Campaign, and meeting certain conditions in Challenge Mode and Chaos Theory.

Not quite. The maps will still need to be unlocked by meeting certain conditions

Im sorry but the game is not the same, that is HUGE difference for a park building game and that should have been made clear on the product shop pages, I would have bought a freaking PS5 if I knew that and now doesn’t matter cause you can’t even transfer the save game which is apparently super common

Doubt you can just get your hands on a PS5, since there is worldwide shortage of them...
