I did find and apply a commander pack paint job. I am unable to find the pre-order gold paint (in game). It says it's installed on the psn "your add-ons". Any ideas?

Right now a lot of the Livery options are kind of messed up and not showing up. Same is happening on Xbox One. The store-based servers are imploding right now. Give it time for them to get things put back together.
I had trouble finding them at first – I think I selected the top blank livery option in the livery section – or maybe try the filters at the top – pick the paint bucket icon. I am sure they are there as they were for me when I eventually found them – just not obvious
