So it sounds like you have to choose between SRV and 10,000 credit starter mission. Do I read you correctly?

Uh no, I think if you pick the SRV start, there is a starter mission as well. I tend to go with the non SRV starts, as my commander is a pilot first and foremost, and doesn't worry too much about planetary missions, SRV driving, etc

In any case, you PS4 day-one'rs are all going to be starting on an equal footing. And I imagine half of you will buy a Hauler rather soon, so your Sidewinder will be the superior combat vessel. Well until you find Eagle pilots, which is also super cheap.

I'll get me a Viper MKIII ASAP. First bounty hunting to gather a lot of ca$h quickly.
