I have been a PS4 player from July 2017 to November 2021. At the time, EDO to console was still an unknown. Instead of waiting, and thanks to black Friday sales, I bought EDO on PC in November 2021, and finally got to start playing January 1st (I spent a good many hours messing with colors and keybinds in December before actual play, fighting with the DS4 controller with steam, giving up, and mapping on-foot controls to the Tflight). Because of having experience with the grinds, it took about a month or so to basically earn enough, grind the engineers I wanted to, grind the mats I wanted for engineering, and grind up to Duke. Now that console saves can be transferred, a decision had to be made: Transfer or Liquidate the PS4 account. Liquidating PS4 account basically meant 'free carrier'. So, I decided to liquidate. However, for all I know, this issue may occur with a console transfer.
From the request for liquidation to notification of liquidation took only a few hours with the message:
"I’ve also successfully moved across all cosmetic items/ARX purchases to your PC account – you should be able to see these in-game upon your next log in."
While the bought cosmetics transferred, the earned cosmetics did not. Hence, Azure paint job did not transfer.
Difficulty, the PS4 save has now been deleted, so I cannot review what was actually there. To resolve, after a days of of back and forth emails with 3 separate Frontier Support Agents responding, I had to submit proof I bought Horizons before October 2020. Ok, so who keeps a receipt for a disk bought with a GameStop gift card from way back in 2017? I probably didn't. Even if I did, it would be in a box full of receipts from 2017, because taxes, that I have stored in a closet. Not wanting to delve into that, I provided the following 'proofs of purchase':
I am not normally one to play 'dress up' with games. But Azure was pretty to look at on PS4 Horizons. While it isn't completely same look on Odyssey, at least I have I now have it.
Hopefully this helps ease the process for someone out there.

- Screenshot of transaction from the PlayStation store in July 2017, which appears to be the free Elite Points that came with the Legendary edition.
- Pic of my PS4 disk. [ If you bought the game through the PlayStation store, the transaction date of the game purchase should be able available as per 1.)
- Pic of my first PS4 screenshot taken when earning a Trophy. [ Was this actually needed? I cannot confirm, but I was trying to give as much information as possible. ]
