PS4/Twitter image share issues?

Yes, the preset is to hold the Share button, then the screenshot is saved (though I would recommend to remap the Share-button functionality to "Easy Screenshot", so that you just have to press it short: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/sharebutton.html), and to deactivate the screen symbol, see my post above.

Uploading/Sharing
The screenshot is saved in the capture gallery, you can access it from the main menu of the PS4 (see secon link from above). From there you can upload it to Twitter, export it to USB, post it in your actitivies or send it via a PSN message. So the common thing to do would be to upload it to twitter and then use this as a file host, or to export it via USB to your PC (I am too lazy to do that, but the quality woulde be better, as Twitter compresses the pictures). As an example my account: https://twitter.com/gamenthusiast.

Setting screenshot quality:
http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/screenshot.html
I would recommend to set the file format to .png (instead of jpg). Increases the quality quite a lot. If you have a PS4 Pro, you can choose between 1080p and 4k resolution (but 4k png is really large, like 10MB per picture, so I would recommend to stick with 1080p).

Just an update, PSN reps confirmed a server side issue and that my settings are correct/console is working fine.
Seems to be working again now, thanks for the replies folks.

Just another update, I was still having problems until I did this a couple days ago.
Seems to be working properly now.
If you do end up having lots of upload errors it is worth a shot:

Indeed this happened to me that i couldn't upload any videos to Youtube 'til i'd cleared my upload log about two years ago, since then i now delete my upload notifications as soon as the videos' finished uploading and similarly i delete my systems' download log pretty regularly too, though not instantly like with my uploads... :) .

Also on uploading things, it's annoying how sometimes you can just get random server issues stopping the process from time to time, or similarly from signing or staying signed into things like the Youtube app, while Youtube in the browser works fine (because the app is connected to your PSN id), while all the other network features of the system seem unaffected, though thankfully these connection issues are rare and often only last a few minutes to a hour at most.

Also on other PSN connection issues, i had a really weird one persist for a week or more (a month or two ago) - the PS Store stopped opening, constantly displaying a "please wait" message, while every other network feature was working perfectly.
Thankfully i was still able to buy items from and tell the PS Store on a PC to download things to my PS4 but it was an awkward, roundabout process, but then it suddenly started working again as quickly as it started.

But just this morning, all the network/PSN functions of the system were working perfectly 'til around 5 am GMT, but then after i'd had a shower and done a few other things, when i put it back on around seven am, none of the PSN features would connect, though its' regular other internet features were working fine.

I'm 99% sure when i try going back online in a hour or two, it'll all be back to normal, BUT this could be the start of an extended PSN outage, just for me, but again i'm almost certain it was only a temporary server issue...

Oh, first world problems and all that :) .

(Edit - And thankfully when i got back online everything was working perfectly again.)

Thanks for sharing. Uploading a few pictures in a row can be a bit cumbersome from time to time. But in general I didn't have any problems recently.

Another tip: you can upload up to 4 pictures in one tweet, much faster than selecting them one after another.
