PS5 Planco2 - Terrian/Scenery Brush except noticeable lag and stutter

Unaware of this issue on PS5 Pro or Xbox Series, but the game exhibits noticeable performance dips or lag when attempting to use the scenery brush with any type of element (I.e. rocks or foliage). The terrain brush, especially when adding height, has an extremely slow delay in producing the intended action as this makes any form or terrain editing extremely time consuming and tedious for console players.

There is also noticeable stutter or lag when working with larger props from the workshop or made in game that detracts from the overall experience as well. This can be simply rotating or adjusting the height of the prop in question. I tested this with the parking lot prop from the workshop.

Would the assumption in assuming the strong use of Ray Tracing might be to blame? You tend to see these below 30 dips in titles that have a similar Quality at 30 mode with ray tracing enabled on the high end side for console titles like Cyberpunk or Jedi Survivor. Would an added mode for consoles, like a 120hz VRR mode that targets 40 with light ray tracing elements improve the responsiveness? That or a performance option that entirely does away with or at the very least implements a low usage of ray tracing?
