There does seem to be far too much reading into job adds. Even if they had good staff retention, a company Frontier's size would need to replace at least 20 staff or so a year.

Maybe even be able to convince the team that CQC is an embarrassment which needs excising from the game and exiled as a free-to-play arcade game to maybe draw people into buying Elite Dangerous.

Why is CQC so damaging to the game if it is so unrelated?
