Come on, am I really expected to believe there's no way of making Elite work in PSVR?

The real quetion is why? Considering that fact that the Lenovo is $199 and can be often found for half off and gives a way better experience than the PSVR ever will. Why would they waste the resources?

I disagree, psvr is still a much lower barrier to entry. And those mixed reality headsets are never discounted here in Europe.

But getting it to run well would take actual effort. Elite has awful performance at times. On the pc you can just increase the system requirements, with psvr sony demands it works on a base ps4. Frontier probably doesn't want to allocate those resources, vr being a niche and all.

If not PSVR, at least 3D support for PS4 and a compatible TV. That’d be awesome!
