PSVR + Trinus = woohoo!!

Got a PSVR for my Playstation and apart from playing Skyrim in VR and brief sessions with the kids on the kid friendly PS Zone stuff it hasn’t got much use.

Stumbled across some Vids by JRAEGaming that show you how to integrate the PSVR headset with your PC and after trying and then buying the Trinus software I am hooked!,

it took 2 goes to get it right (I hadn’t installed Steam VR first) but then it sprang into life!

As seems to be typical of new VR users I have to say Holey Heck! By Jove! And Wow! The radar display is 3D! Screaming out of the slot in my modded IEagle is brilliant! The ships are ing Huuge! Bounty Hunting in a ring system is grin enducing!

But my neck hurts a bit afterwards ;-)

PSVR fidelity appears the same as when I am playing Skyrim VR, ie pixelated but smooth. Reading anything can be a bit blurry and the system map takes some getting use to. But I am using a rig that was gathering dust on my PS4 and enjoying it!

So you now able to use your PSVR with Elite Dangerous on the PC version of the game, that's great.
Pity it cant be used in the PS4 version of the game.

I think that is down to the grunt power of the PS4, i think even Pro variant will chunter in trying to produce the views necessary.

But I live in hope!
