Public bounty against player

A better life against ganker: more strong police and fast response, and a public bounty for who have a notoriety, that can be see in the galaxy map like the wing beacon...

Just so you know, there are bounties for players in every system, with hints where they were seen last.

Not that it helps anything, because I doubt there are many who hunt them.

Yes, I know, but you must be in the station to see them... and the bounty is not good, it’s low... you must have a good reason to risk your ship with a high rebuy to catch him...

Keep in mind, some of those "bounties" are probably just the little 500cr accidents where a sec-ship flies in front of a missile and a player just hasn't made it to the nearest IF to pay it off yet. By the time you find the guy, he'll probably have paid it off and he's clean anyway. Crime and Punishment sucks, remember? Punish the accidents and reward the true crimes. That's the Elite way!

Just scale the bounty on a player's head, to the skill/type/number of NPC system force that will intercept and interdict him in the system where he is wanted, accordingly.

A player with a high notoriety and bounty should be constantly interdicted by 3 wings of Elite, engineered Anacondas and Corvettes armed with Guardian weaponry.

I mean it only makes sense for a guy high on the FBI wanted list to have every cop in town, along with SWAT and their mothers' pet chihuahuas, on this tail if he is spotted, right?
