pule laser or burst laser on Vulture

I have trubel to deside if I should keep my burst laser or dump them for pulse laser and then can upgrade my shield. as it now i cant upgrade the shield becourse of the power. Your thought,

You can build a vulture with mostly A rated modules and still stay under the power limit (just need to turn off the hatch)

I've not needed to use shield boosters or cells normally, but I do swap out the fuel scoop for a cell bank when on assassination missions
 
Not only is there another thread close to this one, there is an entire section of the forum specifically made for discussing ships and builds (though I don't really blame them since general is by far the more populated one which is why people post here)

But to answer you, it really doesn't matter. It's all preference. I assume you know the differences between the lasers. Pulse is long range (stability wise) and best against module damage. Beams are pretty cqc weapons due to stability (I'm speaking of gimballed btw) and shred shields. Bursts are sorta in the middle with the best hull damage.

Personally I'm flying my vulture with 1 pulse and 1 beam. Can keep the pusle going forever even on 2 pips and when I want extra firepower I use the beam. Works pretty well
