Pulsars and other extra-galactic, but searchable, objects

Hi all,

I was trying to lookup pulsars with 'PSR ' and found very many of them laying well outside the galactic plane and hence, unreachable, by ship or mouse-click.

Are there any other objects like this? Will there be hyper-warp travel to these un-reachables (wistfully wishing...)

Why put them in the ED catalogue at all?

There are pulsars, I think one is called Circunas Pulsar. Its nothing special to look at

I was looking for a local pulsar in hopes of seeing some pulsar spinning animation, when I discovered the extra-galactic-ness.

Do you know of any other outside searchable stuff?

It's Circinas. 16 Kylie away. Actually just a ns and a bh.

I did some searching for pulsars using a few catalogues, couldn't find jack.
