Pulsars

Good evening elite CMDR's... Has anyone located a pulsar in their travels through the galaxy? I have checked the NASA site for named pulsars and these do not show up in our galaxy. So I was curious if there are any out there. I am looking, and I am not looking for a location, just confirmation that they do exist.Anyone been lucky enough to see one?

Since a Pulsar is a highly magnetized, rotating neutron star that emits a beam of electromagnetic radiation--and is called a pulsar because this radiation can only be observed when the beam of emission is pointing toward the Earth--they are not that different from regular Neutron stars in visible appearance (are all neutron stars pulsars in a way?).
