Pulsars

Has anyone discovered a pulsar yet? I would really like to know the whereabouts of where one might be seen. Can anyone claim they have spotted one yet?

I don't think Pulsars have been implemented properly yet. Right now they're just represented by Neutron Stars.

An obvious example of a Should Be Pulsar is the Crab Pulsar. in the middle of the Crab Nebula. Not sure if there's one closer to the bubble or not.
