Powerplay Faction: Felicia Winters Pulse Disruptor - NPC's?

Hey Guys,

On the Wiki I read that NPC's are not affected by the Pulse Disruptor. Or more specifically that the module malfunction does not affect the modules of the NPC's. I mainly play privately with some friends and in solo as I am a casual player and tend to keep to myself. Does this mean that the Rank 3 purchase item has no real use for me?

I will stay pledged to Felicia as I did so for the Ethos and not the rewards, but wanted to clarify this point.

Correct, the disruptor has absolutely no effect on NPCs besides the small amount of damage it does. Having been on both the giving and receiving end of one, I can say that it is very effective against players. This means that you may just be happy to stay at rank 2 to take advantage of the BGS bonus there.

Consider joining us at http://fed.enjin.com if you want to get deeper into Winters Power Play and put that rank 2 bonus to good use. The vast majority of our play is in Open, and our PC guys can give you lots of tips for surviving it, even in a shield less Type 9.

I play in Solo and Private, as RL keeps me flying inconsistently enough to warrant it, but i cruise reddit and these forums fairly frequently. I do however, want to further the cause.

I may just join up at the fed.enjin.com site, as I have been considering doing so for a bit now.
