Ship Builds & Load Outs Pulse Lasers need a...oops, beam lasers need a buff

One thing I love about the combat zones, is you have a much bigger mix of weapons fire than in RES (haven't tried any combat in 1.3 yet). In RES, it seems to be all pulse weapons, but in combat zones, you have beams, missiles/torpedos.

This may be because there is (was?) a limit on the rank of pirates entering RES, whereas in CZs you could come up against Elite targets; perhaps there is or was a weapon limitation based on rank, so that lower-ranked NPCs only carry Pulse weapons.
 
I love all kind of laser weapons, bring them all in, I'll use one of every kind in my ships!! (As long as I have 3 hard points lel)
