Purchasing Guardian Fighters in Colonia

I can't seem to find out any information on the availability of Guardian fighters at the outfitters in Colonia.

I have them unlocked, I just want to know if I can buy one out here. I have a Trident at the moment, but if I switch to a Taipan can I get the Trident back without a trip to the bubble?

Anyone know if they are available anywhere near Colonia?

AFAIK any station that has a guardian tech broker has all guardian tech modules. That would be jacques. You should be able to check it without selling your current one, if not I'll check it out for you.
