put lights on angles

I think that putting lights on (vertical) angles would be cool

I have noticed from watching youtubers that some can't get things to light up because they are to far away of the light is positioned to low. It would also be cool to have so that you could get lights to point straight up. I know that currently you are able to angle lights on the y axis or angle (I have no clue which I just know its the y). But what I am saying is to be able to angle light on the z or y axis or angle. Basically angle it vertically. I have no idea if this makes sense to anyone else but I hope it does.

Hi, did you know you can get the advanced rotation tool if you select an object and then press 'X'? Once you're in advanced movement mode you can press 'X' again to toggle between movement and rotation. You should give it a try
