When discovering new surface signals in a system with a lot of planets, the navigation tab can fill up very fast with a lot of signal sources, and these can take a long time to scroll though. It would be nice to be able to collapse the surface signals to save space and to be able to faster scroll through the navigation tab. o7
Put "Surface Signals" in collapsible menus on navigation tab.

Another thing I suggested on multiple occasions during the Beta. At least we got a win on them *numbering* the Surface Signals though.....so there is at least hope down the line.
