I was leaving for a trade run in my T6 yesterday when I noticed another commander on my scanner appearing, disappearing and switching from triangle to square. It seemed odd so I thought I'd investigate and locked on. Scanning...scanning... but then, out of nowhere, incoming missile !! Or rather, missiles. Lots of them; dumb fired. I cursed and thinking them to be my last words before ejecting was ready for the inevitable.. but it turns out, on this occasion at least, my boost finger was quicker than the missiles and I somehow managed to dodge them all. Not so lucky was the space station behind me, nor the commander who fired them. I imagine his scanner was now a Christmas Tree of red while I was boosting away, full power to engines, preparing for hyperspace. Then I heard 'target shields offline' and it was music to my ears before 3,2,1...
Now, I don't know if he was destroyed and can only guess as to why he fired on me.
Whatever the answers, I've noted his CMDR name for future revenge.
