Pvp instance, low wake drop, wing nav lock drop, making all players of my community crash

any answer to this whats going on ? or there are players able to hack instances in elite dangerous? if not what is wrong with the game because in last two months have been proven that is not only me crashing i opened a ticket but not sure if other 15 players will............... just an example below and it's only a low wake drop
