How about an additional "training" mission for faction combat, like we had in the beta, but with real players in it?
Separate from the main game, not necessarily in the ship you currently have in-game either.
Might be useful for someone who's only got half an hour to play and just wants a quick pew pew.
Somewhere we can go and shoot each other for fun/practice.
