PVP wanted status bugged?

Odyssey, update 13.

I did try search issue tracker, these forums, reddit, google... but no anwsers or even a mention that is something wierd going on with PVP wanted mechanics.

There is something wierd going on at server side, as when you kill another clean player (who has crimes on), for 9 of 10 times, you will get no bounty or notoriety increased after you already had wanted status gained, regardless of notoriety level.

When you are clean and attack another player who has crimes on, a initial 900 cr and wanted status is issued as expected, but when try to gain more of bounty (by killing cmdrs), hefty things start to happen. Such when if instance change, a bounty from ealier that was just gained either gets "frozen" or its get halfed after next kill (now thats wierd one), and so any next (PVP) kills adds nothing. ATR is triggered as expected, but due of that bug, getting high bounty only from PVP kills is not really possible at this point, as its really rare to get actuall increase of bounty and notoriety after cmdr kill.

This apply only for PVP only, as by killing npcs, you will get bounties and notoriety as expected, and ATR response works as it should as well (upon 1 kill, next kill will trigger ATR), but that bounty gain is also inconsistent, as its gets lower over time, such as when you log out to log back later or if jump to another system. As far I am aware, bounty on cmdr should not decline like that, only notoriety should, by time.

I belive its something related with display, as bounty on left panel from trasnaction page, is diffrent that galaxy-wide on right panel from status page. It should be same, and like said ealier, it get lower after some time.

Its just me or wanted mechanic is borked now?

Top 5 wanted list is also bugged it seems, it does not update at all.
