pygmy hippo problems

These animals don't even see the water or land amount.. When you look at the habitat gate to make sure that there is enough of what the animals wants (room and water wise) the animal doesn't match up to the habitat gates. Something is off..

Are you talking about the percentage of type of terrain used or only water/land ratio?
I guess that is because Habitat measures all terrain, while the animal only calculates the area's he can reach?

Water is strange though, are they able to access the water?

From the look of the screenshot. Are you sure they are able to enter the water? Try smoothing the terrain there, it seems it is too steep, so they cannot access it.

tep that was the problem.. Usually i don't make water ways that deep.. Ty.. Will leave this up just encase anyone new has the same problem

Idk if it is intended,but my pygmy hippos never swim.they see that pool exists,but dont every use it.

They are supposed to swim, but compared to their bigger brothers, pygmy hippo's don't like to swim, and prefer living on the land.
