If Mankind could ever colonise another planet when Earth is no longer survivable, history may repeat itself and people would build pyramids again for shelter.
It is proven that the structure and shape of pyramids was designed so well that it could withstand all the world's harsh climate and environmental conditions.
It could be home for a small population during settlement.

The Great Pyramid of Giza (also known as the Pyramid of Khufu) was built around 2478 B.C.
To date it is now about 4992 years old and still remains intact !

The most fascinating thing is that the ancient Egyptians also arranged the pyramids according to Star positions.
They had aligned their pyramids so that two sides ran precisely north-south.

It's not for me to decide. I probably won't be around to see it happen anyway... It's been done before as recorded in the Bible scriptures when people had settled on Earth. I can't see why it can't happen again if we were to colonise another planet. Slaves may still be necessary because money would not be in existence for that planet to pay wages to build it.

I initially wanted to refrain from talking about history and/or religion, but I'm glad you asked...

As a side note, The use of Pyramids is widely debated and was not always limited to being a tomb for Pharaohs.
It could be that our ancient civilisation was destroyed by a pole shift corresponding to the time of the "ice age".
This "ice age" period was in fact actually due to the Earth's poles had moved locations from the now current North and South poles.
Previously, they were located with the North Pole over the Great Lakes region and the South Pole over the Indian Ocean.
Egypt was once a much more temperate climate and all of Northern Africa that is now desert, once was a teeming place with forests, lakes, and animals.

The answer or evidence of pre-civilisation may still lie in the Antarctica, when at the time it was a large mass of warm land !!!


Have you considered viewing the creation of Adam & Eve as a re-start of people, plants, and animals on the earth? God re-created the earth with all these different plants, animals and people.

Can't really see any references to other planets in those quotes, but Isaiah especially is pretty funcky in that way.

Interesting ideas about Antarctica. Adam and Eve perhaps not so much, but thank you for taking the trouble to reply.

If the Global warming scare mongers turn out to be right after all, then we may yet know. But I wouldn't hold your breath.
