Python Loadout Advice

I got in pre-UA bombing and managed to build up a decent amount of bank with a few runs before the main known sites went down, and have been thinking about an upgrade. Looking to put something together that's a decent hybrid, so I can do a good amount of cargo runs (without an obscene number of jumps) but can still swat most things that try to pull me out of SC or go RES hunting if the mood takes me. Have put together the following build:

Any obvious errors or suggestions for improvement? For background on what I'm used to flying - I did the long range runs in an AspX, and still have a DBX and FDL in my fleet (got there via Cobra then Vulture).

Weapons look ok.

I don't think you need 2 h/s with no scb, unless you are worried about heat PVP attacks. I think if somone in a PVP build attacks you, you're dead anyway.

Shields are weak. Get thee to an engineer, and maybe replace the h/s with shield boosters. If you can pick up a prismatic 6A, that would help, although you'll have to touch power play, and that is, uh, dicey. For reference, I have 6A pris with 2x shield boosters for 1225 shields.

Unless you are going to do a lot of constant, long range travel, you don't need the fuel scoop.
