PZ Animal Model Tier List

Uhhhh the issues with those animals are pretty much at plain sight and they are quite noticeable, but you can see in the screenshots I made (the ones Tigris posted) that the lechwe moves like an actual antelope, while the bongo legs look like they are made of rubber, same thing happens with the nyala, as you can see here:
It's quite a shame that given how good the nyala model is (not like bongo, the bongo models are just a no) it all goes to waste because of how badly it moves, specially how it dislocates its shoulders every time it walks.
Regarding the zebra the PZ zebras are just fat compared to how slender real zebras are, the mane is too high, the shape of the head is wrong, not to mention their brownish tint and the fact they still make horse noises.
All these points above point out some problems I do see with PZs animals, but there are notable animals that DEFINITELY should be addressed basically all from outright bad downwards I can see needing a face lift, but the one that I see has the most importance personally, is the Red Panda, it doesn't move like a Red Panda, it doesn't really act like a Red Panda and it barely looks, realistically like a Red Panda.

The problem with many vanilla animals is that they are stylized, something that wasn't welcomed by part of the community as we have voiced our dislike for many models since the release of the game because we want realistic looks, not stylization, and that has caused a clear change in the looks of DLC animals, however, this has left a big quality gap between DLCs and vanilla content that imo is just too noticeable.
And while I would love to see remasters of vanilla animals, they most likely will never happen officially, as from a financial standpoint (let's not forget Frontier doesn't stop being a company) it makes no sense to spend resources on assets that already are finished, even if their quality is inferior and the community complains about it, because people will keep playing the game even if the lion looks like a cartoon character.
Personally I would hope for at least some animation improvements on the vanilla animals, as the system they use allows for switching animations easily between different rigs, if only they could use the animations of the lechwe on the bongo and the nyala... One can dream.
