QoL : Death Event for NPC Crew

[Entarius Fusion]

A Journal event for the loss of your NPC crew either as a key in the 'Died' Event we already have or a seperate CrewDied Event giving their name and rank ect. there is an event for hire and fire of crew but not if they died while in service.
