QOL Fix: Terrain and Buildings

So I noticed that when you place any building, fence or even the routes for the gyro/jt the terrain below it is edged with green when you cut through the new terrain paints. So it if you put fences or a jt route through a sandy area its edged with green which is a huge eyesore. Hope its something that is already being worked on because I love the new terrain paints and its a shame having little details like that ruin the aesthetics of the park.
 
It would also be nice if the Jurassic Tour and Gyrosphere paths weren't just always mud that overwrites any terrain paint its placed over - it would be nice if instead the paths had their own translucent path texture that basically just overlays on the existing terrain paints which will allow it to blend with the terrain instead of making ugly mud trails everywhere.
 
I also think it's silly how much like building edges, tour paths, and even any plants or a dinosaur standing there, will override the terrain painting. And on another note.... since they proved themselves capable of adding sand to nublar which has no sand at all, should we be able to have both sand and shale on every island? I mean, it's clearly doable. If not every island, then at least add shale to nublar as well since that is the one place they want us to have ALL our options open on.
