Quantassaurus
Diet: herbivore
Era: early cretaceous
Family: elasmaria
Dig sites: Wonthaggi formation

Quantassaurus was a small, polar ornithischian dinosaur from the early cretaceous of Australia. to differentiate it from other small ornithischian such as dryosaurus,
Quantassaurus could walk as normal small herbivores, but could jump when sees a predator moving close to him, instead of just run, since its name refers to an airline company that has for logo a kangaroo.

I feel like the Australovenator Wintonensis would work better for Australia right now because Australia has a herbivore. I still wouldn't say no though :)
Conversely I'd argue that, because Muttaburrasaurus is all alone, it would make more sense to have something you can put with it (one that doesn't eat it's face off that is).

In any case Australovenator is the most suggested Australian dino by a fair bit, so I don't think you've to worry about anything taking it's place in that regard. The real competition is the theropods from the other continents, considering one Carnivore per dino pack seems the norm.

Carnivores definitively above Australovenator (on my slightly out of date list):
Concavenator
Coelophysis
Megalosaurus
Cryolophosaurus
Utahraptor

Similarly requested Carnivores to Australovenator:
Ornitholestes
Tarbosaurus
Torvosaurus
Guanlong
Yangchuanosaurus
