Quarantine Glitch

So I was trying to find an albino moose, just as a sort of "feature animal", and in Sandbox of course to do this you need to buy a thousand animals and keep refreshing the market in the hope that one will appear. I never found one, for the record, but among the hundreds of mooses I purchased a few needed to go to quarantine before I could send them on their way. This was fine for the most part, but now I'm experiencing a weird bug. There are two "stuck" in quarantine, as it were. I have the notifications saying that "Animal has Passed Quarantine", but when I click them it doesn't take me to the quarantine facility, but rather a random point on the map. When I click on the quarantine facility, there are no animals showing.

I've tried deleting and replacing the quarantine facility, and placing a new second quarantine facility, but that hasn't worked. The game has been restarted about four times since this bug popped up so rebooting isn't the solution either. They aren't sitting boxed somewhere, either. All I've been able to do is delete the notifications (though they return the next time I play).

Anyone else experienced this?

I've had this happen quite a few times in franchise mode. The fix that has most often worked for me is to go to the full animal list in the zoo tab, and find the animals there. (either by sorting by location, where they are still listed as in quarantine on this tab even if not in any others. Or by sorting by the animal's name to find them).

Once I've found the animal in the zoo tab, it will usually let me send it directly to the trade center. Presuming that works, I can then go from the trade center to a desired location like a habitat. (But trying to send them directly to a habitat from the zoo tab usually does NOT work in this situation, so make sure they stop in the trade center first).

No idea why this bug happens, but this work-around usually fixes it for me. Good luck!

Same thing happens to me. Generally I can resolve it by going to the animal menu under the zoo tab at the bottom left of the screen. The animal has usually still been on the list of animals in my zoo and is listed as being in quarantine. I click "send to trade center," and it will re-appear there. Then I can send it to the habitat. It doesn't seem to work to try to send it to the habitat directly from that menu, though.

This happens most frequently if I log out of the game while an animal is in quarantine. Mind you, this is in franchise, so maybe it works differently in sandbox?

Note, I see iloveyourzoos mentions the same fix, so at least it's a work around.

Weirdly it fixed itself today. Loaded my zoo and got a notification about animals being boxed too long. Followed it and they were in the middle of the map where the quarantine notification was taking me before. I was able to relocate them back to the quarantine, and then on to the trade centre.
