People have been asking for the return of the raptor pen building from the previous game. I suspect it wasn't added back in because it didn't really have much of a function. And adding it back in as a decorative prop would be nice, but it doesn't really add much.
Instead, what if it was useable as a holding pen to quarantine small dinosaurs? In JWE2 we sometimes run into diseases that require us to quarantine our dinosaurs. Right now we need to create a separate empty enclosure to temporarily house them. But using this old "velociraptor" pen instead would at least be a good solution for small dinosaurs. It would not only solve a gameplay need but it also makes the old building a lot more useful.
