Quest 2/Steam Vr problems

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, but I’m having issues with running VR. The game runs slow, with lots of buffering and frequent blank areas. My setup is:

Ryzen 9 5900x
Radeon RX 6800XT
Ram 32gb
Internet speed 1gbps

So there shouldn’t be an issue with my rig. Any help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and a RX 6900 XT and the game runs really smooth in VR at max everything (even oculus link)....are you using air link or usb?

Sorry I’ve only just replied. Turned out the problem was with the software I had installed that controlled my Razer products. Once I removed it everything ran smoothly. The issue was solved by Steam support, Oculus was beyond useless.
