Is the heavy duty grade 5 armor with reinforced bulkhead stronger then using a mirrored surface composite?

Nice calculator but i don't understand it how to figure out wat is better

I read that integrity becomes stronger so much more tanking,
Thermal resistant goes down from 50 to 6, with the thermal meta weapons it seems it is better to choose for mirrored because more thermal resistant then more integrity.
