Question about Bounty Hunting, Reputation and Influence

Hi.
I have 2 questions because I can't see which are the consequences of my BH in game, instead it seems to me that I am only losing rep with everyone when BH.

First question.
Let's say I am BH in a system with two minor factions: Green Corporation and Brown Industries.
Green Corporation controls the System.

Now, I get 1 Mil Claim in Green Corporation.
Then I dock in the Brown Industries Station and hand in the bounty to Contacts.

Do I get Reputation for Green Corporation or Brown Industries?
And who gets influence in the System?

Second question
When I target a ship to get the WANTED status for that ship, will my reputation with his faction get affected if my Hardpoints are deployed?
I usually stow weapons before targeting anyone, but I am starting to "forget" to do it

I think the bounties are counted per faction, it'll show in the transaction tab. I don't know if you lose rep for claiming bounties of a specific faction but you do get rep for the faction who issued the bounty.

As for the second question, you don't lose rep for targeting a ship with hardpoints deployed

Question 1: If in the transactions tabe you have X CR in bounty for Y subfaction you get reputation with that subfaction, where ever you turn it in within that system. If you regularly target a specific subfaction for bounty hunting you lose reputation with them unless you balance it out by obtaining bounties for them via a kill warrant scanner

Question 2: You can leave your hardpoints out all day long. They won't care until you start shooting and hitting their ships
