question about cd key

hey all,
I bought planet zoo deluxe edition on frontier store but I don't receive any key or something to put on steam and of course play beta the 24/09. is it normal or I miss something.
have a good day !!

Do you have your Frontier account linked with the Steam account?
Go to "Third party accounts" and do so. Then your steam key should appear or the game will appear in Steam right away (I forgot how exactly it works, it's been a while)

Ooookay ... apparently, I have the same "issue" as scok.

I write issue in quotation marks, because your post was of great help, Simon! :)
"Planet Zoo" IS actually listed on Steam already! And I didn't even know I have linked my account! :rolleyes: (I only own Elite Dangerous so far and play it from the Frontier launcher).
Who could have known! I mean ... really, some sort of notification would have been nice and prevented halve an hour of puzzlement ...

Anyway, everything is fine now and I will have to cancel my support ticket. Thanks for your (indirect) help everyone! :D

I have the steam key linked to planet coaster bought some time ago, but there is no steam key for planet zoo I bought some day ago.

sorry but when I go to "Third party accounts" I find "You have no linked third-party accounts" and can't do nothing.

Unfortunate i have same issue... Money was sent from paypal and on customer support told me that i didn't pay and they canceled my order... They advice me that I should buy copy again (i wont give 110 USD for one copy of planet zoo)... So i send them transaction detail... but I am very disappointed with these issues... because today is beta day and i wont be able to play, because of them.

If Paypal say transaction was successful and Frontier say transaction was not received, then you have an issue and should report the problem to paypal to get your money back. After that yo can buy PZ on Steam to avoid the frontier store.
Alternative:
Wait until the clarification with frontier is completed.
