Question about CG FSDs / Power plants

Two quick questions:

Have FDev still not given us the ‘official’ go ahead to add experimentals to the FSDs we got on phase three of the colonia bridge project?

Do the overcharged power plants that were also CG rewards still have the normal heat buildup that a regular overcharged power plant has?

They have less heat buildup than you would expect from their overchargedness, and more heat build up than you can get on any normal overcharged power plant.

Following the pattern of the originals they're
- roughly G8 Overcharged for power distribution
- G7 Overcharged for thermal
- G6 Overcharged for integrity
