Question about civilian colony outposts

I started to build both a Clotho and a Nona variant of a civilian colony outpost. Before building, both say large landing pads. However, once I started the building process, both outposts showed up as small landing pads in Inara. Can anyone that’s but one of these variants confirm what size landing pads they have? I don’t want to start hauling a bunch of materials if they only have small pads.

Also where am I looking to see if the ground facility I’m building is an odyssey or pre-odyssey settlement?

(I don't think there are any settlement designs of this type which won't)

It's in the top level category bit.

Planetary Port: Horizons dockable
Hub: Horizons non-dockable
Settlement: Odyssey dockable (but might only have small pads, especially the smaller ones)
