Hi,

I'm having a question regarding the show about Elite Dangerous on 22.11.2014.
I admit it's kind of a weird question:

What kind of glasses where he wearing? I'd like to know the brand and the model if possible.
I kind a liked them, since I'm also wearing glasses.

It would be great if anyone could answer!

I have the feeling that Bono from U2 has the same, or very similar glasses. I really like to know the brand and model name. ;)

I wonder if David Braben skulks around the internet looking for Facebook groups about Bono's glasses when he wants to look like he's wearing his Sunday best.

The glasses look like the magnifiers you get at the pharmacy.

I love the wrap around effect- it would be great not to have frames permanently in my periphery vision. I'm guessing the bent lenses cost a bomb though, and probably can't be done once you get into higher strength and complexity prescriptions.

LOL, I can't believe someone else posted this question as well. I also am trying to find the make and model of David's glasses. I just spent 8 hours with my wife driving around Japan trying to find a pair of glasses which didn't look completely awful on me. Every sales assistant thought I was mad asking for a wrap around style, saying that's only for sports.
We were ready to tear each others hair out when we finally gave up. Please, don't make me go through another 8 hours of this tomorrow! :p

Devs or other FD employee, please for the sake of my diminishing sanity, ask David.
