Question about emergancy O2

Every time I log in, no matter which ship I am flying at the time, I get the message: Emergency Oxygen Replenished. Why am I getting this message??

Because you are on the pad. You see that everytime you login or land (if you've used your emergency O2). You'll see "SRV fuel replenished" as well.

Coming out of outfitting is another time you'll see those notes if you've changed something with consumables like life support.
