Engineers Question about Engineer Invitations

So I've been trying to get into engineers and ive decided that the Dweller will be my first one. I've unlocked him and i'm at 5/5 black markets and it says hes unlocked but not invited. How would I gain an invite?

This ^^^ There is a long standing bug where engineer unlocks don't register until you re-log.
