So....once you decide to stay at a station for a while and build rep with a faction there. First starting off as 'neutral' then becoming 'friendly' and finally after many missions accomplishing 'allied' status.
Why when going to the bulletin board will there be missions for that faction in obtainable and unobtainable at the same time?
Unobtainable being that this faction you are "allied" too do not trust you enough.
