I would like an answer to the following question. Preferably an official answer (or a link to it), no speculations please.
In the installation folder, under "Frontier\EDLaunch\Products" there are two folders: "elite-dangerous-64" and "PUBLIC_TEST_SERVER_64" (having the latest "Beyond" beta version).
Now, when "Beyond - chapter one" is released, if some of the files have not been changed from the beta version to the final one, will the launcher get them from folder "PUBLIC_TEST_SERVER_64" and copy them to "elite-dangerous-64" or it will re-download them?
