Some things I've been wondering. First, his text reads a 200% INCREASE to exploration profits. I take this to mean that I will get 3x the normal payout. Can anyone confirm this? Also, my second question is does the bonus from that payout count toward obtaining Elite exploration rank?

It's 3 x normal. For example a usual 10,000cr object will now pay 30,000cr with this bonus, plus 5,000cr for 1st time discoveries. So 3.5 times normal rates for that scenario. Also it does currently count towards Elite ranking, but has been reported as a bug.

I recently got back to civilized space and sold exploration data for as much as 4 million credits. Oh man, I wish I had sold it for Li, I would have got much more than that...now iv'e tasted some greed in me. I would have got 12 million credits. 4,000,000 x 3 = 12,000,000. If anyone still has a lot of exploration data on board, make sure you sell it to Li.
Gotta get 10000 merits with him first, before you sell, and then wait until that week's cycle is up and you're rank 5. Does anyone have a link to the big report and FD's response? I hope they leave it the way it is... Otherwise I wont really care who I sell to.
